How much does a GoHighLevel setup cost in Canada?

All prices here are in Canadian dollars. There are three separate costs, and there is a fourth thing Canadian businesses need that almost nobody quotes for — CASL consent handling.

The short answer

All figures below are in Canadian dollars.

1. Software — C$39/mo through an agency sub-account, or C$129–C$657/mo direct from GoHighLevel.
2. The build — one-time, from C$397 for a basic single-pipeline build to C$657 for a full agency build.
3. Management — optional, C$209/mo with the sub-account bundled in.

Cheapest realistic first year: C$468, self-managed. A typical basic build lands at C$865 in year one. A fully managed year is C$2,508.

There is a fourth cost most quotes ignore in Canada: CASL consent handling. See below — the penalties are not small.

The two costs that are different in Canada

CASL consent handling.

Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation requires express or implied consent before you send a commercial electronic message, and implied consent expires — two years after a purchase, six months after an enquiry. Every message needs sender identification and a working unsubscribe. Penalties reach C$1 million per violation for an individual and C$10 million for a corporation, and directors and officers can be held personally liable. Practically, this means your CRM needs consent type, source and timestamp as structured fields, plus automatic expiry — not just a list of email addresses. It is a build requirement, not an afterthought.

A2P 10DLC registration for Canadian numbers.

Canadian ten-digit numbers used for business texting need A2P registration or persona verification, and registration is required in all cases for messages sent to US recipients. Start it on day one; it is the most common launch delay.

Six things that change a Canadian quote

1

How many pipelines you need.

One sales pipeline is a basic build. Sales plus service plus nurture is a full build.

2

How many lead sources feed in.

A single website form is straightforward. Website plus Meta lead ads plus Google Ads plus a phone line is four integrations, each with its own failure mode.

3

Whether you are sending SMS.

A2P registration, consent capture and opt-out handling. Adds days and cost, and is not optional if you want texts to arrive.

4

The state of your existing list and its consent records.

This matters more in Canada than anywhere else. A list without consent history cannot be legally emailed and has to be re-permissioned before it is worth anything.

5

Bilingual requirements.

If you operate in Quebec or serve francophone customers, French versions of forms, sequences and landing pages roughly double the content work. Worth scoping explicitly rather than discovering later.

6

Integrations with tools you already run.

QuickBooks, a booking system, a client portal. Each is scoped separately because each can break independently.

Frequently asked questions

How much does GoHighLevel cost per month in Canada?

C$39 a month for a sub-account through an agency licence, or C$129 to C$657 a month buying directly from GoHighLevel depending on the plan. Fully managed, including the software, is C$209 a month.

Is GST or HST included in those prices?

No. All figures are exclusive of GST and HST. We issue a tax-compliant invoice for every payment.

Can I pay in Canadian dollars?

Yes. We accept Interac e-Transfer and card payments in CAD, so there is no currency conversion on your side.

What is CASL and does it affect my GoHighLevel setup?

CASL is Canada’s anti-spam law. It affects the setup directly: your contact records need consent type, source and timestamp stored as fields, implied consent needs to expire automatically, and every message needs sender identification and a working unsubscribe. Building without those creates a liability that is yours, not your consultant’s.

Does GoHighLevel work with Canadian phone numbers?

Yes. Canadian ten-digit numbers work for calls and SMS, subject to A2P registration or persona verification. Numbers used to text US recipients require full A2P registration in all cases.

Do you have Canadian clients?

Yes, including in Toronto. Ask on the call and I will connect you with one for a reference conversation, with their permission first.
